We sell restricted items.
In NY Firearms are restricted, meaning you will need to buy handguns and long guns from a NY licensed gun dealer. Before you can take the firearm home you will need to fill out an ATF form 4473 show us a valid government issued picture id which shows your current address and DOB. Then we will perfom a FBI background check. Usually it takes about 1/2 hour to complete the process. Extremely important that you are the actual buyer!
A straw purchase (buying a firearm for someone else)is illegal and you could get 10 years in jail.

We are accepting appointments as well. Our in store hours are Tuesday - Saturday 12pm - 5pm
